Refund and Returns Policy

At DelaySprays.pk, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this policy.

What Can Be Returned

We accept returns on products that meet all of the following conditions: the product is unused and unopened, in its original factory-sealed packaging; the return is requested within 7 days of the delivery date; you have proof of purchase (your order number or receipt); and the product was not a final-sale or non-returnable item as noted on the product page.

What Cannot Be Returned

We do not accept returns on: products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons; products that are damaged due to misuse or improper storage; products without original packaging; items marked as non-returnable on the product page; and orders where the return request is made after 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return

We will review your request and respond within 1 to 2 business days with instructions on how to return the item.

Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item sent, damaged product, or defective item). We recommend using a trackable courier service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item and confirm it meets the return conditions, we will process your refund. Refunds are issued to you via bank transfer or mobile wallet, depending on the arrangement confirmed with you at the time of your return. Refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving the return. We will notify you by email or WhatsApp once your refund has been processed.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you received a damaged product or the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@delaysprays.pk or on WhatsApp at 0310-7084935. Please include your order number and photographs of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
